We asked...Why Gretsch?:
The sound of Gretsch drums immediately stuck with me. For me, it stands out from other drum kits—every model has something special, a soul of its own. Interestingly, I chose Gretsch based purely on its sound and look, and only later did I find out that many of my favorite drummers also play Gretsch. That discovery just confirmed I had made the right choice.

I’m a big fan of large drum sizes—24” or 26” kick drums and 14”, 16”, and 18” toms really inspire me to play and make me feel like a true drummer on stage. I also love classic finishes like oyster, black sparkle, and silver sparkle. They have a unique character and look incredible live.

I’m a rock drummer playing often and on large stages, and Gretsch has never let me down—whether in live shows or in the studio. I genuinely feel like I’m playing an instrument with soul. It makes me feel like a real, professional drummer.

Besides performing, I’m also a drum teacher, and my students are always impressed by the sound of Gretsch drums. I also run a YouTube channel and stay active across social media platforms, where Gretsch fits perfectly into my sound and image.

Advice to aspiring musicians?:
Always believe in yourself. Set a goal and don't waste time on nonsense. You only have one life. Go for it. I believe in you.

Bio:
Oskar was born on October 5, 1992, in a small town called Bytom in Poland. He started playing drums at the age of 11, spending time in the garage with his dad and uncle. Together with his first band, they reached a level where they were opening for major artists. Over the years, Oskar continued to grow musically, joining other projects and gaining experience in studio recordings.

As his career progressed, he had the honor of joining one of the biggest artists in Poland – Agnieszka Chylińska, whose music Oskar listened to as a child. Together, they’ve earned gold, platinum, and diamond-certified records. They’ve played countless concerts – from the largest arenas in Poland to clubs and festivals across Europe and the United States.

As a rock drummer, he has always been drawn to the energy and showmanship of drummers on stage – for him, they were the highlight of every performance. That love for powerful, expressive playing continues to define his style.

Beyond performing, Oskar teaches drumming and shares his knowledge through educational content online. He offers private lessons, hosts webinars, and creates tour vlogs. Drumming is more than just an instrument to him – it’s a passion and a way of life that Oskar is proud to share with others.
