Gretsch Welcomes Miki Drum Center in Osaka, Japan
November 12, 2009
The Miki Drum Center in Osaka recently opened its doors to a throng of excited drummers awaiting the opportunity to meander through one of the biggest professional drum specialty stores in Japan. Boasting more than 30 drum kits, 200 snare drums, countless cymbals, sticks, and more on hand to meet every drummer's need, they also have an impressive selection of Gretsch drums and accessories for their most discriminating customers. With soundproof rooms fully equipped with drum kits so patrons can put their skills and equipment to the test, and plans to hold clinics and special events, Miki Drum Center really has it all.
To commemorate the store's grand opening, Fred Gretsch sent along a copy of Gretsch Drums to store owner, Mr. Sachihiko Miki, that included a special congratulatory message. The book was proudly on display during their grand opening event.
Our best wishes go to Miki Drum Center for 100+ years of success!
