About the Artist
Paul Goldberg studied music at the Philadelphia College for the Performing Arts, and graduated w/ Bachelor of Arts degree in "Drums and Percussion". Paul is featured in articles in Modern Drummer Magazine entitled"The Drummers of Atlantic City", and "On theMove".
He also transcribed several drum solos for Modern Drummer Magazine, including the"Terry Bozzio" solos, which appeared in the "Best Of" Treasury Issue.
Paul's CD..."Whim of the Current"(includes songs by Chick Corea, John Patitucci, John Coltrane,Wayne Shorter, Ron Carter, Don Grolnick, and Michel Camillo) was recorded at Universal Studios, and he performs regularly with his quartet.

Recent projects include:
• Recorded on the soundtrack for "The New Poseidon Adventure Movie" which features "Fergie" (from the Black Eyed Peas) on vocals.
• Played (in the Big Band scene) for Rob Reiner's new film "Rumor Has It" featuring Kevin Costner, & Jennifer Aniston.
• Recorded on LA session great Peggi Blu's CD "Livin on Love," which went to #1 in Europe last year.
• Finishing his second CD "Staircase to the Spirits" at Universal Studios. It features Matt Rohde (keys), Rick Keller (sax), and Derek Frank (bass).
• "Forgetting Sara Marshall" (Universal pictures).
"Girlfriends" (several soundtrack tunes),
"Desperate Housewive's" (in Zach's band),
LA's "Chromolome Theatre" > Paul was drummer for the re-creation of the
broadway musical "City of Angels". He is current drummer for the Stephen Sondheim
musical "Merrily We Roll Along".
