120 Years in the Making ...Presenting the 120th Anniversary Round Badge Drum SetsFrom early beginnings at a small Brooklyn NY shop in 1883, Friedrich Gretsch started his business at the young age of 16, built on a foundation of hard work and a dedication to making a quality professional product. One hundred and twenty years later his vision still rings clear today.To celebrate its 120th Anniversary, we pay tribute to some of the finest, classic designs of the Gretsch drum company with a 4-piece round badge be-bop set along with a selection of snare drums that add a modern feel to the classic designs that Gretsch pioneered and has refined over these last 120 years.
Available in (CS) Champagne Sparkle Nitron or (DKWW) Dark Walnut Lacquer. Only 120 Limited Edition kits will be crafted and produced worldwide in 2003. |

Gretsch Drums is proudly celebrating its 130th Anniversary with a series of Limited Edition American-made drum sets and snare drums. These drums will be released throughout the year and each will include a specially designed 130th Anniversary interior shell label and a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity. The labels and certificates will be numbered to indicate the production sequence of each drum.

The Catalina Maple series starts with the Gretsch maple formula shell. We carefully developed the maple shell specification to produce tones that explode with attack and volume and project a balanced amount of warm, low-end frequencies. All Catalina Maple shells are 7-ply, 7.2mm.
The Catalina Maples are available in two configurations - a 6-piece shell pack set and a 5-piece shell pack set. Add-on drums are also available to allow for further drum set expansion.
